Average Golf Ball Velocity
Estimate the terminal velocity of a drop of medium size?

Estimate the terminal velocity of a raindrop size and average size golf-ball hail. (Take the radius of a drop of water to be 0.50 mm and the radius of a Golf Ball Sized Hail 2.0 cm) (Take the density of water at 1.00 103 kg/m3 and the density of a hailstone of 920 kg/m3.) I tried using mg = 1 / 2 * air density * pi * r ^ 2 * v ^ 2 and solving for v ^ 2, 1.2 is value air density by the way, did not, t work even though I made 2 cm to 0.02 m, and calculating the mass of the hailstone i used 920 kg / m ^ 3 x (0.02 ^ 3) =. 00736 kg I have not become cm am, or cubed for 0.02 m radius?

uhhh ….. terminal velocity is the same for all, remember, grapes and water mellon? I'm confused?
