beginner golf petite lady … help choosing a set!?

I am 5 feet 1 (and a half!) Tall, and looking to get my first set of ladies clubs beginner. I live in the UK, and since I just graduated and am only a beginner of all truth, I'm not looking to spend a lot, probably with a budget approximately € 100 – € 200 (thats 200-400USD). I've seen that there are sets of small – and I wonder what are the advantages and disadvantages of buying one I normal ladies ladies or small series.
