New Golf Tee Design. How To Present A New Design And Who Should I Try To Sell The Design To.?

I have an idea for a new golf tee design, but I do not know who to present this to or how to go about it. Can anyone tell me who I need to see about getting a patent and how to market this design to a company. I also have ideas for other inventions that are not related to golf, but again, I do not know who to see about this. If anyone can give me some good information I would appreciate it.
