shoes that are too big in the heel area. What can I do?

I just ordered a new pair of Golf Shoes online…..and paid a pretty penny for them too. But they are too big in the heel. They fit great everywhere else. Any suggestions?

You can actually put a little toilet paper in the front of the shoe (if they are closed toe) and that will fill in the back space.

They also sell by Scholl’s a insert that you put in the back of the shoe, that makes it fit snug, and also doesn’t have the horrible rubbing sensation usually caused by the back of the shoe.

I know, you must be very upset. I hate buying anything online, and not having it fit. Its a big disappointment.
