I need this very bizzare dream explained.?

Okay so a couple weeks ago I had a dream that I was with my best friend and her mom at a Golf Course/country club/recreational park type place. I told them I was going to the bathroom, so they pointed me to its direction. I then walked into it through a narrow, damp, passage way sideways (it was the only way I could get through). Then, as gross as this sounds, I found myself naked, peeing in the crowded place. And, as I was doing that I was being drifting away uncontrolably from the urinal, as an Asian man smoking was stareing at me. Then, all of a sudden an alarm rang, and again out of my control, I was transported out of the bathroom with clothes on once I reached the outside. Finally, I found myself climbing up hills, racing for the car without my friend and her mom (this part was black and white btw), as something tragic was happening. Hundreds were running away to their cars as well.

Being willing to allow your vulnerability to show. you are scared of not feeling in control of your feelings as well as your life. you would rather let people believe certain things about you than tell them how it really is. I think you have struggled with a lot of issues but are managing to get them under control mostly. However sometimes we need to let our true selves be seen, open ourselves up, even at the risk of being hurt because if we don’t we can’t experience life fully. Very often the things we fear the most don’t happen. The way past fear is through it.
