What shall I wear tonight!? 10 points ?

It’s my boyfriends birthday tonight and i’m going out for a meal with him & his family. The meal is at his Golf Club and the dress code is smart casual (no jeans), and hes a massive golf fan, so I want to make a good impression in front of the people he knows. I obviously don’t want to wear a short skirt or clothes that show a lot of flesh, but I still want to look nice, and like i’ve made an effort..I’m 5″4, size 8 (UK size) (size 4 american size I think?)
I was thinking maybe leggings with heels..along those lines but a bit of help would be appreciated
Also what shall I do with my hair & makeup? I have blonde, mid-length hair with a side fringe, blue eyes..

Make your face flesh, No Eye shadow or anything, And put nice lip gloss or lip stick on, You will look gorgeous and Wear a nice white dress, With maybe some Blue on it, Have your hair out and maybe an Accessories in it that will match your hair, Some white heels or white gladiators will look rad,
