Can I sue for false advertising … bought land means access to Golf Course, will not allow advertising?
Company Announces development of land with access to the local golf course, however, the golf course never granted access to the development. The course is run as nonprofit and leases land in the city. So the course is its own board of nonprofit performance. The land value includes the improvement, if you can travel in the car private golf course. Can your claim for false advertising?
It depends on the definition of "access" my opinion, as counsel contract, the customer is required to ensure the advertising is what is true, granted, you can sue, but usually comes down to technical issues easily avoidable by taking some additional measures
