Is it illegal repark in Sacramento, CA if the sign does not indicate that reparking not allowed?
My situation involves a parking ticket while picking up some friends of William Land Park (Sacramento, CA). I left my car (which we call the ground-A) for about 10 minutes, picked up my friends, and left to go eat. I went back and parked (SPOT-B, a few points away and across the street from the field-A) for about 20 minutes to walk to my friend class and went searching for a ticket on the windshield.
