Golf Cart Sales Indiana

Fantastic. – I was trying to think how to describe this piece of Real Estate, and this word was the 1st thing that pops into my head. I attended a wonderful event showing this prestigious community this weekend.

This community is a goldmine for many reasons, not least its location. Located on the south side of St. 121a, west of Michigan Road, this community is 30 minutes anywhere in Indianapolis. With a school system with 96% of the students is to go to higher education Shopping and less than 5 minutes, this community can not feel more isolated. Above all that, also have an incredible Golf Course, walking distance to the west.

Once you realize what a perfect place this is, start to see the beauty of the property itself. The event was sponsored by Bentley of Zionsville had impressive display and several vehicles available for sale. They gave us a tour of the farm 80 hectares in Golf Carts elegant Bentley. The land is surrounded by heavily forested both Little Eagle Creek and Eagle Creek itself which combine in the southwest corner of the property.

Only 34 hectares are for use with the construction of another 46 reserved for community use (debts of the homeowners association $ 5500 per year). With batch sizes ranging from 1 to just over 3 hectares, the sites 21 are well placed source. Only 2 homes are currently under way with no other construction, although several of the places of origin are talking another 13 to leave available to choose from. Prices of sites ranging from $ 495,000 to $ 995,000, with lot # 1 in 3.18 million hectares is the land of dollars. It is densely populated with trees that require some compensation, but many many options for this well positioned piece of nature. I realized during the trip that water drainage used to develop the natural flow of water runoff across the landscape to leave the area that appears intact.

This is a gated community with 2 pools and over 1.5 miles of trails to see the natural fauna. The construction requirements are subject to the Architectural Review Committee, but minimum requirements of 4000 livable square feet above grade on ranches and multi-story homes require at least 3,000 square feet on the ground floor.

The event was organized by the magazine Indianapolis Dinner and was excellent. Impeccable food and drink, along with Hot Air Balloon Rides, good company, and near perfect weather, has created a fabulous day. I finish the exam day driving a Porsche 911 Turbo, thanks to the sponsors of Bentley Zionsville.

While the community can be based solely on range prices alone, whatever the luck to enjoy this community as home, can truly be considered rich.
