How to "recharge" Golf Cart batteries?
My 8-volt Trojan recently began to lose its charge. I have a charger that are online every day. Since paid leave some friends, who had not checked the water level in batteries and ended up adding about 4 liters 6 batteries. Now the battery level light in the car, but is fully charged drops to half the battery life after 30 minutes. I can play a total of 18 holes and a little more, they fear that the batteries may be damaged. I read about adding Epsom salt to "modernize" the batteries and my question is: Has anyone used this method or any other tricks like this … and if so ….. How well does it work?
Never heard of adding Epsom salts the batteries but that does not mean it would not work. If I were you, I would ask the kids to purchase maintenance on your Golf Course. If anyone can give a good response, they can.
