Does Golf Ball Compression ratings still mean anything when choosing a golf ball to play?
Does a player with a slow swing speed/ball speed still need to consider a low compresion ball when choosing a ball in todays market?
Technically yes. Practically speaking, it’s not likely that you will notice unless you are a scratch golfer.
If you are a duffer like me, you buy your balls based on how tough the cover is and how cheap they are.
