Golf Ball Position Driver
How do I fix a hook on my swing?

I’ve been playing golf seriously for about 2 years. When I started out, like most people, I had a slight slice. After I fixed that, I seem to have over-corrected myself, and now I am really struggling with a bad hook. And it’s not just my driver, even my irons hook.

I have been to the range a lot lately, and I still can’t seem to fix it. I’ve tried changing my ball position, grip, and even back swing, but to no avail. Does anyone have any tips they could give me? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

The reason you are hooking, maybe you are releasing too early and shutting your face down too early. Or you could be your swing path. With out looking at your swing. I can only tell you how I fixed mine. On driver, I put the ball back a bit. Swing more out to in. You should start drawing it. Another thing that could be happening is also your swing has improve and you are swing with more speed and therefore you are impacting the ball early. Good luck.
