What is a material I can use that is similar to a golf net except for testing purposes?
I need a material that will essentially slow down a golf ball of speeds up to 90 mph. However, the current rubber I am using is wearing off on the golf ball because the ball has quite a bit of spin on it due to the test procedure. The material also needs to be durable in a small radius since it will be taking repeated shots to the same general area. Any ideas? I am thinking a foam may be useful. The material just needs to slow it down without damaging the ball, it does not need to stop it. Thanks.
Or if you can get an old matress or something along those lines it should do just fine.
