VW Golf turns off while driving, what should I do???
When my BF drives his VW Golf, as soon as it is to reduce or eliminate foot gasoline, the car is turned off and all lights come on (check engine, airbag, etc.) then you must remove the key, and put it back and try to start again sometimes the car starts up, sometimes it takes two or three times. To do so, whenever we're driving, and sometimes happens when you are driving, and not just when is slowing. What can this be? Vacuum leak? Oxygen sensor? This is really frustrating and become dangerous, as it is done, even when We are turning to exit or enter the motorway.
You ask me what to do. Instead of swapping out O2 sensors, filters, plugs, etc … I would like take the vehicle to a repair shop reputable and pay a professional to diagnose the problem for you. Most shops only charge one hours of work and figure around $ 100. This will identify exactly what is causing the problem.
