Should I get Golf Irons that are stiff or flex?
I am looking to buy a new set of Iron Golf Clubs and I found a set that I would like to buy but they have two different versions of them and I am unsure what one to get. I can get them as STIFF or FLEX now what one should I get? Also I am unsure what STIFF or FLEX means so please explain when tell me what one I should get.
The stiff shaft on golf clubs means that the shaft is not going to bend or Flex during your golf swing. If you have a fairly fast golf swing you want to stick with the stiff. When the clubs say flex it means that the shaft is going to bend during your downswing causing the head of the club to whip through faster. These clubs are designed for someone that does not have a fast or powerful swing. You can swing easy and still get distance on your ball.
